I’m Ale, a NY-based Peruvian/Japanese/American Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience. I design for outcomes, not tickets. I don’t wait for answers. I go find them. I think about UX, but also conversion, strategy, and the technical realities behind what we build. I bring clarity to messy problems, align teams quickly, and keep work moving even when things are still taking shape. As the industry shifts, I keep stacking skills, blending design with writing, business context, and vibe coding. I stay curious in uncertainty because people who blend disciplines are the ones who win.

When I’m off duty, I explore and collect contemporary art, dance like no one’s watching, travel (next on my list is Naoshima, Japan), and take photographs with my Contax T3.
